Direct deliveries of dried river fish to the EU without intermediaries: manufacturer's price and batch readiness in 45 days
How we ensure consistent quality in every batch

Computerized drying.
We use climate chambers with automatic temperature and humidity control. This eliminates the human factor and guarantees uniform drying.

Market adaptation.
We pack products in cardboard or vacuum packaging and label them in accordance with the legal requirements of your country.

Laboratory control.
Every finished batch is analyzed for compliance with European quality standards in state laboratories.

Fresh raw materials.
The fishing site is located 30 km from the plant. Thanks to this logistics, the fish does not sit in intermediate warehouses and is not deep-frozen, but goes directly to the processing facility immediately after catch. This preserves the firm texture of the meat and its natural flavor.

Incoming inspection according to HACCP standards.
The international food safety system HACCP has been implemented at the facility. Upon receipt, every batch of raw materials undergoes strict inspection.
Technologists inspect:
- freshness level of the fish;
- complete absence of parasites and foreign contamination;
- compliance with temperature conditions.
Only after passing this stage is the raw material admitted to drying.
